🔄 Return & Refund Policy

At SheetalMart, we take quality and hygiene very seriously. Due to the nature of food and consumable products, our return policy is as follows:

🚫 No General Returns on Food Products

Cow ghee is a perishable food item, and therefore we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been delivered, except in the cases mentioned below.

✅ Eligible Cases for Return / Refund

You are eligible for a return or refund only if:

  • The product is damaged during transit

  • You receive an incorrect product

  • The product is leaking or broken on arrival

⏱️ Reporting an Issue

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If there is any issue, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Kindly share:

  • Order ID

  • Clear photos or videos of the issue

  • Outer packaging and product condition

Requests made after 48 hours may not be accepted.

🔁 Return Process

  • Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund, as applicable.

  • Do not send products back without contacting us first.

  • Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

💰 Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Refunds are typically completed within 5–7 business days after approval

  • Bank processing times may vary

❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened or used food products

  • Products returned due to change of mind

  • Sale items or promotional offers

  • Gift cards (if applicable)

🌍 International Orders

Currently, SheetalMart operates within India only.
International return policies (including EU cooling-off periods) do not apply.
